To survive, you must build, develop, and fortify your settlement—the gord—while exploring the surrounding corrupted wilderness for resources and ancient secrets.

But building a palisade is only the beginning. In Gord, your citizens are more than just numbers on a screen; they are individuals with personal stories, fears, and breaking points. You must constantly monitor their Sanity and Burden levels. If they are exposed to the darkness for too long, suffer terrible wounds, or witness the horrors of the woods, they will suffer mental breakdowns and turn on your community.

Prepare your defenses, pray to ancient gods for powerful incantations, and make impossible choices to ensure the survival of your tribe.
