The developers did not rest on their laurels here either, but further expanded what was already almost perfect. Firstly, a new weapon in the form of a spear has been added, which diversifies Kratos’ arsenal and introduces new tactics for fighting hordes of enemies.

New variants of shields also arrive, and they are not just visual skins, as their choice has a big impact on gameplay. Especially since, in addition to block and parry, we now have a completely new mechanic for interrupting enemy attacks, and it is the implementation of this mechanic that depends on the shield.

Arsenal of weapons and skills

The arsenal of weapons and skills has been enriched, not only for our heroes, but also for the antagonists against whom we will use it. In the previous installment, it often happened that the enemies in the new areas were simply the same character models, but with slightly changed skills.

Efforts have been made to ensure that each of the worlds we visit has a unique menagerie. There are also definitely more powerful opponents and minibosses in this installment who can solidly test the player’s skills and force you to think and less dull loot.
